Returns and replacements

Oravia Peptide sells lyophilized research peptides to researchers and wholesale buyers. We are not a factory. Vials are held in climate-controlled storage in Hong Kong until they ship. This is not a consumer pharmacy, and it is not an unconditional refund policy. A claim is checked against the order, the batch record, and what was delivered. Dispatched research material cannot be restocked for another buyer, because storage after dispatch is outside our control.

A written quotation controls when it states a different term for that order. Otherwise this page applies to catalog orders placed on this website and to orders confirmed with sales.

Before the shipment leaves Hong Kong

Contact sales and ask to cancel. An order that has not been paid can be cancelled.

If cryptocurrency has already been paid and the kit has not been dispatched, we cancel the shipment and refund the amount paid for the goods in cryptocurrency to the wallet that paid. A network fee that the payment processor does not return is not refunded by us. The shipping amount shown at checkout is refunded when the parcel has not been handed to the carrier.

After dispatch

We do not take a kit back for change of mind, a changed research plan, or a wish to swap it for a different peptide.

Do not ship a vial back unless sales asks you to. Most claims are decided from photographs and the lot label.

When we replace or refund

Contact sales within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, photographs of the outer carton and the vial label, and a short description. Leave the seal as you received it.

We replace the same specification, or refund the product price, when:

• the product or pack size is not what the order stated
• the vial or seal was damaged in transit
• the lot does not match the agreed specification, or the Certificate of Analysis for that lot

The shipping amount charged on that order is refunded only when the mistake or the damage is ours. A replacement ships from Hong Kong. Transit time for that replacement is confirmed when it is sent.

A refund of a paid cryptocurrency order is sent in cryptocurrency to the wallet that paid, after sales accepts the claim. We do not send a refund to a different wallet without confirming that it belongs to the buyer.

What we do not replace

• a kit that matches the order
• a vial that has been opened, reconstituted, or used, unless the damage itself broke the seal in transit
• storage conditions after delivery
• custom synthesis or private-label goods made to the buyer's specification, unless they fail that specification
• a shipment the destination will not clear, unless the quotation said we would clear it
• a different peptide in place of the one ordered

Research use

Products are supplied for research use only. They are not offered as medicines. A later decision that a kit is unsuitable for human or veterinary use is not a reason for return. Ordering confirms the research-use notice shown at checkout.
