We do not run HPLC or mass spectrometry ourselves. For established partners, we pay for independent tests on the material that was delivered. Five tests a month.

Independent testing
We are not a laboratory. We do not claim to perform HPLC or mass spectrometry in-house. For established partners, we arrange and pay for independent laboratory tests on the product that was delivered, not on a sample picked to look perfect. Five of those tests are funded each month.
If a result does not match what was agreed, we stop and check the order, the batch record, the source, and the shipping leg.

After production, lyophilized vials are held in our Hong Kong warehouse. Temperature, humidity, and light are controlled there, and unnecessary temperature swings are avoided.
