This notice explains what Oravia Peptide collects on this website, why we use it, and how to ask about a record. The site is a business catalog of lyophilized research peptides. It is not a consumer pharmacy.

Who we are

Oravia Peptide is a Hong Kong supply partner for research-use peptides. We are not a factory. Inquiry desks published on the contact page can receive the same sales questions. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact page, or to the email address shown in the footer when one is published.

Information you give us

• Research-use gate: the role you select, an organization name if you type one, and an access reference. That choice is stored in a cookie and in this browser for about 90 days so the gate does not ask on every page.
• Quotation and contact forms: name, business email, WhatsApp number, country, company, quantity, product interest, and the message you write.
• Checkout: recipient name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, delivery address, any order note, the products and quantities in the cart, and your confirmation that the order is for research use only.
• A replacement or document request: the order number and the photographs or lot details you send so we can check the claim.

Payment

Cryptocurrency checkout is processed by NOWPayments. We receive the payment status and the order it belongs to. We do not receive a wallet recovery phrase, and this checkout does not ask for a card number.

If you choose WhatsApp or Telegram instead, you leave this website and continue with a salesperson. Messages in those apps are handled by those services as well as by us for that order.

Information collected automatically

• A short session identifier, so a quotation or a WhatsApp handoff can be tied to the same visit.
• Attribution such as the landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters, when those are present in the link you opened.
• A one-way hash of the network address, used to limit repeated form submissions. The raw address is not published.
• The cart, saved in this browser until you clear it or place an order.
• Your cookie choice, saved in this browser.
• Analytics or advertising cookies only if a tracking ID is configured and you choose Allow measurement. Necessary only leaves those tags off.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer a quotation, take and ship an order, send a Certificate of Analysis when you request one or when the file is published on the product page, handle a replacement claim, and limit abuse. Campaign measurement is used only after you allow it.

Who else receives it

We do not sell personal information.

We share only what the step requires with:

• sales staff handling the inquiry or order
• the carrier used to deliver that shipment
• NOWPayments, when you pay in cryptocurrency
• WhatsApp or Telegram, when you choose those buttons

How long we keep it

Order and inquiry records are kept for the shipment, any replacement or refund, and ordinary business records. You can clear the cart, the research-use choice, and the cookie choice in this browser. The research-use cookie expires after about 90 days.

Asking to see or delete a record

Use the contact page, or the email address shown on this website, and name the inquiry or order. We will correct or delete an inquiry when we can still answer the request without it. A completed order may be kept where we need it to prove the shipment, a refund, or the amount paid.

Children and consumers

This website is for laboratory, institutional, and wholesale buyers. It is not directed at children, and it is not a consumer pharmacy.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above will change. The notice on this page applies to inquiries and orders placed after that date.
